At Ecomentures, we are committed to delivering high-quality done-for-you eCommerce automation services. Due to the nature of our work — which involves significant time, resources, and third-party costs from the moment a project begins — we have established the following refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
- Setup and Onboarding Fee
All setup and onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes any initial store build, account setup, supplier sourcing, or platform configuration.
Work is considered commenced upon receipt of your signed service agreement and receipt of your initial payment.
- Monthly Management Fees
Monthly management or retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you wish to cancel ongoing management services, you must provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances only:
- Ecomentures has failed to deliver the agreed-upon service within the stated timeline due to reasons entirely within our control
- A duplicate payment has been made in error
- A technical billing error has occurred on our end
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ecomentures.com within 7 days of the disputed charge.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with eCommerce results or store performance (results vary and are not guaranteed)
- Platform account suspensions caused by client actions or third-party platform policy changes
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, access, or approvals in a timely manner
- Services that have been fully or partially delivered
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time by sending a written cancellation request to info@ecomentures.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
- Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us at info@ecomentures.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Ecomentures may result in immediate termination of services and may be disputed by Ecomentures with supporting documentation.
- Changes to This Policy
Ecomentures reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
